Effective Glute Exercises

The glute bridge


A simple exercise is the glute bridge. Lie on your back with your knees bent. Your feet should be flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Push your hips up towards the ceiling, squeezing your glutes at the top. Hold for a moment, then lower back down. Repeat this for 12 reps and 4 sets. You will immediately feel the impact on your bum. This exercise is great for building strength in your glutes.


The Seat Squat


The “Seat Squat” is another effective exercise. Stand in front of a chair, roll your shoulders back, and lift your chin. Your feet should be shoulder-width apart. Slowly sit down into the chair until your butt barely touches the seat, then rise back to standing. Repeat this for 12 reps and 4 sets. You'll soon save $15,000 on butt lift surgery.
