Avaneil John is a certified strength and conditioning personal trainer, CPR accredited, and Honours physiotherapist assistant. A holistic nutritionist who studied at the Canadian School of Natural Nutriiton. She has been a former competitive athlete; and the author of the popular beginner fitness book, Get Loss.
Avaneil is an expert in the business of personal training for over 11 years. She founded Xquisite Fitness in 2008 to share her passion for health and fitness. She provides not only quality one-on-one in-home personal training but maintains ethical business principles. It is gratifying for her to educate, inspire, and motivate you throughout your fitness journey.
Avaneil believes that fitness is much more than exercise. It is about helping you embrace change beyond just the physical aesthetics but to cultivate the awareness of purpose to a healthier lifestyle for later year.
She has the drive to motivate you to create a lifestyle change because she takes a holistic approach to fitness and wellness. She has an easy-going style of training, yet unique and challenging without stressing your joints.
You will experience a fusion of athletics and martial arts; body-weight exercises; functional training; strength and conditioning; posture awareness, and corrective strategies.
