As a certified strength and conditioning personal trainer and former competitive athlete, I have the drive to motivate you to create a lifestyle change. My style of training is unique and challenging without stressing your joints. Experience a fusion of athletics and martial arts; functional and traditional training; plyometrics and calisthenics, pilates and yoga; posture awareness and corrective strategies. How I combine these disciplines is intensely effective and would undoubtedly determine the strength of your desire to embrace physical change.   

 

I am CPR accredited, and Honours physiotherapist assistant college grad. Some of my studies include human anatomy and physiology, structural imbalances, body reading, and therapeutic exercises.
