Don’t be consumed by conflicting nutrition gimmicks. I know changing eating habits is tough. The good news is that it can be made easy. Changes to your diet can be made without you feeling deprived or being overwhelmed by counting calories. You can easily break certain eating habits with small, realistic, modest goals; become more aware of proper hydration; know what to eat and when to eat certain foods; what is an adequate balance of protein, fats and carbohydrates to improve your health and get meaningful results. You don’t even have to give up your favourite foods; I’ll just make it healthier choices. When you achieve your goals, you will have my support to help you maintain your new body image.
