Don’t be consumed by conflicting nutrition gimmicks. I know changing eating habits is tough. The good news is that it can be made easy. Changes to your diet can be made without you feeling deprived or being overwhelmed by counting calories. You can easily break certain eating habits with small, realistic, modest goals; become more aware of proper hydration; know what to eat and when to eat certain foods; what is an adequate balance of protein, fats and carbohydrates to improve your health and get meaningful results. You do not even have to give up your favourite foods; I will recommend healthier choices. When you achieve your goals, you will have my support to help you maintain your new body image.

The importance of good nutrition in achieving optimal health can not be overstated. A nutrition consultation can help you learn to eat nutritious foods for a healthier you and fuel for a more active lifestyle.
The consultation entails a review of your nutritional habits and lifestyle, exploring your health issues such as any current medications and medical issues, as certain foods may be a threat to your body depending on your health history. If the assessment shows that your issues are beyond the scope of my role as a nutrition specialist, I may need to recommend you to a dietitian or physician.
Food consumption should be enjoyable! As a result, a customized traditional or cultural-cuisine meal plan is designed to meet your nutrition goal. Because we are all unique, a follow-up meeting will be conducted two to four weeks after the initial consultation to examine how the meal plan is working for you, and make any adjustments. The meeting can take place over the phone or in person.
